Where do I fit in?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Bid team as a Bid Assistant. You will be based in the Dartford Office with occasional visits to our London office in Farringdon. We would love for you to come along on our journey & join our friendly team.
To succeed in this role:
The primary role involves assisting the Bid Manager supporting two busy Mechanical and Electrical Engineering offices (Dartford and London) in the day to day activities involved in preparing tenders, online tender responses and marketing media, maintaining and updating bid progress. Additional activities will include maintaining and developing engineer’s CV’s and project case studies plus ongoing development of our tender templates and material.
The role will also include additional administrative tasks when required including supporting the company’s quality procedures and policies.
As a minimum applicants should have:
A good level of understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint including templates and slide master setup.
Adobe Creative Suite experience specifically InDesign.
Experience of producing presentation media in both digital and hard copy. e.g. Tender Documents, Supplier Questionnaires, RFP’s and Capability Statements.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience in modifying images in a variety of software’s
Experience in editorial or publication writing
Keen eye for presentation and commercial graphics experience
