We adopt a cohesive holistic approach to ensure that sustainable development principles are incorporated from the outset of the project to ensure that the proposals are responsive to the needs of the area and corroborate with the client’s commercial aspirations.
We consider the landscape ecology and water management which can be integrated to promote bio-diversity. For example, depending on the geographical location of the site, it may be possible to use local rivers or canals for sources of energy or heat rejection.
Our latest work in masterplanning requires an understanding of building usage to balance the requirements of mixed use developments with sustainable technologies.
