We were appointed by SKANDINAVISKA ENSKILDA BANKEN (SEB) in connection with the full design of MEP services for the company's new 40,000sqft London Head Office relocation from Cannon Street to Carter Lane, London.
The project comprised a high specification fit out of approximately 35,000 sqft of commercial office space to CAT B. SEB’s requirements included for a dedicated main reception area, meeting rooms, board room, managers offices, Comms rooms at each level complete with N+1 cooling and power, training facilities. Two full catering kitchens as well as high specification client facing dining facilities are also to be provided. In addition to the above, works to the basement area in the form of Gymnasium, Stores and IT build rooms.
We have undertaken the initial concept, scheme and detailed designs for the complete MEP Services. All stages of the design have been signed off from both London and Stockholm requiring high level technical meetings to ensure the correct schemes and company wide operating systems have been employed.
As well as the above the business has a requirement for the installation of critical power and cooling systems for a trading floor/area of 80 traders.
