GDM were appointed to design the services for the CAT B fit-out new offices for the AEGIS MEDIA company.

Their new office space is 100,000 sq.ft spread over 9 floors of a new building in the heart of London.  GDM were part of a design team along with architects Morey Smith.

Our works commenced in September 2010 and the design includes a Cat B fit-out to suit new offices, meeting rooms, comms rooms, back of house areas, reception area and business lounge plus a café and kitchen areas.

The mechanical design comprises of fan coils with office ventilation plant and dedicated ventilation plant to café and kitchen areas.
