We are appointed to design the full MEP Services for the Law Firm 39 Essex Street Chambers.
39 Essex Street Chambers have recently signed papers for the new re-development known as 81 Chancery Lane. The works comprise the fit-out of the main reception and three of the five floors within the building. The remainder o be sub-let at a later date.
The design includes the provision of cellular office space to accommodate one, two and three persons. Open plan space for clerks and a large 100 person multi-function space for internal and external presentations and seminars. Dedicated services to be provided for tea point and kitchen areas and on floor MER and SER rooms to service the office areas.
The mechanical design comprises of ceiling mounted VRF based fan coil units. Dedicated supply and ventilation plant for multi-function space, kitchen and tea point areas.

- Provision of 100 person flexible space
