We were appointed by the Kirsch Family Office in connection with the design of MEP services for Blick Rothenberg’s offices at 12 York Gate, which is one of John Nash’s (Architect) Grade I listed early 19th century Regent’s Park Terrace’s.

The building consists of 5 levels, 4 upper levels plus basement, which currently being used as offices. The property is exposed on all four sides.  The project required a high specification fit out of approximately 20,000 sq.ft of commercial office space to CAT A standards complete with main reception.

This in turn led us to be employed to design the full CAT B for each floor to suit each incoming tenant. Tenants requirements included high spec reception/greeting areas at each level, meeting rooms throughout, board rooms, managers offices, a central co-location comms room complete with N+1  resilient cooling and power, decentralised patch panels, training facilities, staff catering facilities and open plan office areas.

We handled the detailed design and coordination of all MEP services including security, fire alarm, access control, data installations and multi media.  The project was completed within the tight programme and on budget in March 2013.
