Craig Scott’s Burma Cycle Challenge for Save the Children

Craig Scott’s Burma Cycle Challenge for Save the Children

19.01.2016

Craig is taking on another trip of a lifetime! Again with a team of clients and employees from Mitsubishi Electric. This time Craig is taking on the Burma Cycling Challenge to raise money for Save the Children. The challenge is to cycle 470km across Myanmar (formerly Burma) in Southeast Asia in order to try and raise a team total of £75,000.

When a disaster strikes, there is no time to lose; having emergency funds in place to respond as quickly as possible is critical.  Save the Children uses the money in this fund to start an effective, rapid response when children’s lives are in danger. Save the Children responded to emergencies in over 35 countries in 2012 and reached over 1.7 million people.
